nLIGHT CFL-4000 4 kW fibre laser source and Raytools auto-focus cutting head, removed from our 2020 IMS W3015E flat-bed laser. We are upgrading to a higher-powered automated machine and the IMS chassis has been dismantled, so the two components that carry the value are offered here as a package.
Both were working when removed. The laser ran in daily production for five years with very few issues, cutting 6 mm aluminium as well as mild steel and stainless, and supported more than $6 million of cutting work for our business.
Package includes:
- nLIGHT CFL-4000 fibre laser source, 4,000 W, 1070 nm, year 2020, key switch and emergency stop fitted, on castors
- Process fibre with QBH output connector
- Raytools auto-focus cutting head with capacitive height sensing
- Cable and hose loom as removed from the machine
Suited to a retrofit of a machine with a failed or lower-powered source, a hot spare for a shop already running nLIGHT, or an integrator build.
Serial numbers available on request. Inspection at Heidelberg West, Victoria, by arrangement. Forklift on site for loading. Buyer arranges freight.
