GHE was founded and directed by Andrew Predika. Previously the owner and Director of both Ground-Hog Earthmoving and Direct Skills Workforce, he has over 35 year’s experience working in the mining, tunnelling and civil infrastructure industries, playing an integral part in the completion of high-value projects including the Melbourne City Link (Domain and Burnley Tunnels), Eastlink, Mullum-Mullum Tunnels, Brisbane Airport Link, Cross River Rail Project (Brisbane), Regional Fast Rail Projects, North-West Rail Link, Sydney Metro, NorthConnex, Melbourne Metro Early work shaft works, Cross River Rail Project and Westgate Tunnel Project, just to name a few.
Having built strong industry relationships and gained an in-depth understanding of what heavy machinery tunnelling infrastructure projects require, and their best practice application, Andrew has established GHE Group. GHE Group can provide Specialised Equipment Rental, Rent to Own, (MARC) Maintenance and Rental Contracts, Equipment sales, Global and Local Sourcing and Procurement, Equipment Assets disposal solutions and equipment refurbishment. With a strong interest in mining tunnelling infrastructure project space, a focus on renewables, sustainable solutions workforce diversity, latest technology, and industry best practices, GHE group can also facilitate joint ventures, partnerships, and collaborations on tier-one projects.
