1-2 ton (30mm or 25mm pin) 1000mm Excavator Tilting Mud Batter Bucket

Unused Aussie Buckets 1000mm Excavator Tilting Mud Batter Bucket suit 1-2 Ton machine.

Unused Excess stock, had some paint chips etc. from warehouse storage, for protection we have given it a quick touch up.

* Model: ABHTB-138.
* Full 45° Tilt.
* Twin Dual-Acting Ram design.
* Protective covers over Ram Cylinders.
* Required Oil Flow: 20-30 L/min.
* Working Pressure: 80-110 Bar.
* Comes with Hydraulic hoses fitted with Quick Release Couplings (as pictured).

Currently has 30mm pin holes fitted with 1 front pin.
Could be easily adapted to 25mm pin machines by machining/Lathing the middle of 30mm pins down to 25mm, or inserting 30mm OD / 25mm ID bushes into the pin holes and inserting 25mm pins.

* 84mm Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC)
* 97mm Between the inside Ear Bosses (which can be shaved back up to 125mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in).

* Maybe fit: Yuchai YC15-8 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).


*** As a 25mm Pin Configuration:
* (Machine/Lathe the middle of the pins down to 25mm, or use 25mm pins with 30mm bushes inserted into the pin holes.)

* Should fit: Airman AX08, Hitachi EX 08, Komatsu PC 02.

* Maybe fit: Case CK 15, Daewoo Solar 007 / 010 / 015, JCB 801 / 801.4 / 8018, Kobelco SK 07, Kubota KH 05 / KH 12 / KH 35 / KH 36 / KH 41 / KX 30 / KX 36 / KX 41 / KX 41-2 / KX 41-3 / U17-3, Takeuchi TB 07 / TB 108, Wacker Neuson 803 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).
