Conservative air-to-cloth ratio — oversized filtration, better than most new machines in this class
Automatic shaker cleaning — vibration motor, timed cycle at end of operation. No compressed air required anywhere in the system.
Discharge
1m rotary airlock valve (refurbished), with local isolation switch — waste bags can be changed over while the extractor runs
Modular collection base — currently 4 plastic waste bags. This can be easily unbolted and changed over for wheely bin, skip bin, briquette press Etc.
Control Panel — brand new, purpose-built (400×400×210 MS enclosure)

Dimensions & Removal
Hopper/bag house unit: 6.0m H × 2.9m W × 1.9m D. Legs are 1.1m tall and unbolt for transport
Fan/motor assembly: 1.6 × 1.4 × 1.8m, sits beside the hopper when installed.
Modules lift separately — crane required for both units; flatbed transport. Local crane company easily arranged at buyer's expense. Seller installed the system and will assist with removal: ducting dismantled and prepared, load-out assisted.
Price: $27,500 ex GST — complete system, extractor plus full EZiDUCT ducting package. GST invoice provided. Machine available separately if ducting not required.
