The Accurl Euro Master press brakes are the range topping servo hydraulic hybrid series in the Accurl bending range, these CNC press brakes have an unrivalled price to performance ratio and a design that leaves its competitors wanting. The Accurl Euro Master has all the latest technological advancements available in steel bending and can be optioned up with numerous controller upgrades and process automation allowing the customer to completely customise the machine to their unique needs.

As standard the Euro Master series comes with 7 controllable axis (Y1/Y2/X/R/Z1/Z2 & C), German Hawe true hybrid hydraulic system and a Delem DA-66S 2D/3D controller.

All features are meticulously thought out on the Euro Master series which is why you also get a scanning device which connects to the controller that has the ability to scan QR codes which will automatically load the required job making it simple and error free for the operator.

The upper beam slideways have an automatic greasing system that ensures the slideways are never left to go dry and to further increase the slideway lifespan the pads are graphite / copper which is self lubricating. Accurl has even gone to the extent of using a paint that has a type of plastic in it which allows the machine to be easily cleaned because dirt, grime and dust is not absorbed by the paint keeping your investment looking newer for longer.

The stand out feature on the Accurl Euro Master series is the utilisation of the newest hydraulic technology available on the market. The hybrid system use a small 20 litre oil tank on each cylinder with a bank of valves and a servo motor to drive the cylinder up and down giving you the power of hydraulics but without the large hydraulic tank and also a very quite and energy efficient press brake. In todays high electricity costs this helps keep money in your pocket allowing for a quicker ROI.

An industry 4.0 module is also included in the price which allows for remote monitoring of the machines function and productivity. A 3 colour status light is inbuilt into the covers which shows the status of the machine at any given time.

The Next Gen upper tool clamping system offers a quick release system which has a lever that swivels in order to release the upper clamp (this is what machines generally are supplied with and requires the tools to be removed from the side of the machine needing additional space requirements and is time consuming) however what makes our clamping system a cut above the rest is the ability to then push down on a safety button located on the top of the swivel lever which then opens the clamping system further allowing the tool to be removed at the point where the tool is located ….. the benefit is a massive reduction in time taken to change over tooling for different jobs and a reduction in floor space needed saving valuable factory space. In any manufacturing scenario time is money and where you can reduce time consuming tasks that equates to a better bottom line!

All Accurl machines are fitted with our very own local AUSTRALIAN made guarding system which is manufactured in Perth called Lazersafe. We were one of the very first to start using this system 20+ years ago and can proudly state we still use it now, trying to do our bit to support Aussie manufacturing. Not only is Lazersafe made in our back yard but it is arguably the best press brake guarding system in the world used by a large proportion of press brake builders around the world.

In a nut shell what you get from this system is an Australian compliant press brake that ensures the safety of the operator and also is developed to be as efficient and quick and to not hinder the bending process.

Being that Accurl is a high technology manufacturer and met all Lazersafe’s requirements to supply the CNC integrated systems (this is the Lazersafe product that only certified Lazersafe partners can use that work with the CNC controller and seamlessly works without having any direct input saving time setting up mute points) all of the press brakes supplied are fitted with this system.

What the Lazersafe integrated guarding system does is save time and programming complexity, all you do is program the controller like you normally would and the guarding system automatically knows what it needs to do without any further operator input. The top of the range system is also uses from Lazersafe called the Iris system which is a camera that sits on the sides on the top tooling and allows for a very close mute point to the material for added productivity.

The Delem DA-66S controller is a 2D programming 3D viewing controller that has optional 2D offline software available that can import DXF files and covert and then transferred to the Delem controller, alternatively the press brake can be optioned up with the DA-69S which is a full 3D controller and comes standard with 3D offline software that allows DXF and STEP file to be used.
