E16 - E20 Series 1275 Electric Forklift

The E16 P–E20 PH combines impressive traction with a drive axle design that automatically adjusts the wheelbase to suit changing operating conditions. When travelling with the mast tilted back, the wheelbase extends to improve stability and operator confidence when carrying loads. Tilted forward, it shortens to enhance manoeuvrability, allowing the truck to navigate confined warehouse spaces with ease, precision and control.

Safety on the E16–E20 starts with intelligent systems that help maintain control in changing operating conditions. Linde Traction Control automatically distributes power between the drive wheels to improve grip on ramps and slippery surfaces, while Linde Curve Assist adjusts travel speed when cornering to enhance stability. A maintenance-free wet disc braking system and regenerative braking provide controlled stopping performance with reduced brake wear, and the slim-profile Linde Clear View Mast delivers excellent visibility of both the load and travel path. Rear LED lighting further improves awareness in low-light environments.

A pendulum steering axle enhances stability and manoeuvrability in narrow aisles, while dual-pedal controls allow quick direction changes and intuitive operation. High residual capacities and excellent load stability further support confident handling at lift height.

Keeping the E16–E20 operating efficiently is made easier through low-maintenance components and extended service intervals. Fully sealed aluminium housings help protect critical components from dust and contamination, reducing cleaning and maintenance requirements. Preventative servicing is only required every 1,000 operating hours, while hydraulic oil replacement intervals extend to 3,000 hours.
