MACHINE FRAME:
– Welded monolithic chassis to increase the rigidity and the smoothness of the chain
Reinforced top pressure with increased section up to 250mm

PRE-MILLING UNIT:
– Increased tools diameter from 60mm to 100mm

EDGE LOADING AND PRESSURE AREA:
– Complete update of the area of a better feeding of the edges
– Slide pressure unit mounted on titled linear rails to improve the solid woods strips glueing the addition of the fourth pressure roller

END TRIM UNIT:
– Update of the unit with reduction of vibrations during the cutting process

TRIMMING AND RADIUS SCRAPER:
– New side copying devices with large diameter conical disks to avoid possible vibrations during the working process
