KDT 365 Hot Melt Edge Bander

The KDT 365 Hot Melt Edge Bander is a compact, automatic edge banding machine designed for efficient and precise finishing of straight panel edges. Even in used condition, it remains a dependable solution for cabinet makers, furniture manufacturers, and woodworking shops needing consistent edge quality.

This machine uses hot melt adhesive (EVA/PUR compatible) to bond edge banding materials such as PVC, ABS, melamine, and veneer onto panels like MDF, plywood, and particle board. Its integrated system performs multiple processes in one pass, including gluing, pressing, end trimming, fine trimming, scraping, and polishing, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.

With a feed speed of up to 15–23 m/min, the KDT 365 can handle moderate to high production workloads efficiently, making it suitable for both small workshops and continuous operation environments.
