This single-sided, through-feed edge bander is configured for straight panel edge applications. It features a heavy-duty frame and multi-stage finishing aggregates designed for continuous manufacturing environments.
This edge bander supplements our main production line, and as such has seen little operation in its time with us. Purchased new and always maintained. The reason for sale is to clear the floor for other machines.

• Edgeband Thickness Range: 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm capacity (coiled rigid PVC/ABS or thin tapes).
• Feed Track System: Inverter-controlled bottom chain-feed drive running at adjustable speeds from 15 to 23 m/min.
• Pre-Milling Unit: Equipped with twin vertical high-frequency motors.
• Glue Application Station: Top-mounted, quick-heating EVA hot melt glue pot. Includes a pneumatic shut-off gate on the glue roller to prevent over-application.
• Corner Rounding Unit: Dual-motor corner rounding/contour trimming assembly to process vertical corner profiles on the fly.
• Finishing Aggregates:
Radius profile scraper station with mechanical tracer wheels to finish PVC edges.
Flat glue line scrapers to remove excess adhesive residue.
Dual-motor oscillating buffing station to clean and polish completed edge profiles.
Transport, Inspection & Sale Terms:
Buyer to arrange shipping including lifting, rigging and labour, from our factory in Rydalmere, Sydney, NSW. Machine will be in operation for a limited time to view the machine running. Machine will be decommissioned from services soon.
Inspections are strictly by appointment only. Machine is sold as is. All books and manuals we have on the machine are included. All tooling currently in the machine is included.
