Standard Machine Features & Workstations
Infeed & Magazine: Automatic strip and coil feed magazine equipped with a heavy-duty pneumatic guillotine for up to 3 mm PVC/ABS.
Gluing Unit: Teflon-coated hot-melt glue pot with quick heat-up time, digital thermostats, and automatic glue-pot temperature drop during standby.
Pressure Station: Powered primary drive roller with non-stick coating and two chrome-plated idle pressure rollers.
End Trimming Unit: Dual-motor front and rear end trimmers (0.33 HP / 12,000 RPM) traveling on linear guide slides with 0°–25° tilting capability.
Top & Bottom Flush/Fine Trimming: High-frequency motors (1.0 HP / 12,000 RPM) with quick-change motor mounts and digital readouts.
Corner Rounding Unit (Multifunction): 2-motor corner rounding station for finishing leading/trailing upper and lower panel corners.
Profile / Glue Scraper Units: Top and bottom scrapers for finishing 2–3 mm PVC edges and removing excess glue residue. Buffing Unit: Top and bottom polishing motors (0.5 HP / 2,800 RPM) tilting 0°–30°.
