Standard tile cutters are simple machines that can be put anywhere, but if you're working in a bathroom or kitchen with nothing to put it on, you will most likely be using it on the floor. Some companies will offer cheap 4 hour hire options, while some will have a minimum of 24 hours. Of course, you may be able to work out a deal for longer hire periods if your project will go for multiple days, or require a number of different tile cutters.
