12-37 ton (70 or 80 or 90mm pin) 550mm Titan Excavator Compaction Wheel suit Kato

Used Titan Padfoot Drum Style Excavator Compaction Wheel suit 12-37 Ton machines.

This is a big and heavy Compaction Wheel (weighs almost 1 ton!) and was originally setup for a much bigger machine with 90mm pins, but the previous owner changed it to 70mm pins (current).

It is ready to go for a 70mm pin machine, but could be setup back to 90mm pins or even 80mm, but would require some work as the pins have now been welded in.
So 2 options:
1.) All the welds would need to be ground out to free the current pins, then insert bigger pins.
...or...
2.) The current pins could be left in and some sections of 70mm ID (Inside Diameter) pipe/tube could be cut to the right length, then cut again in 2 pieces down the length of the tube, then the 2 half shells are welded over the current pins to fatten the pin diameter up to either 80mm or 90mm.

Conditions is used, it has a few bangs & dints but has plenty of life left.

This is a solid, well engineered, heavy duty Compaction Wheel, made in Australia by Titan Manufacturing (now ShawX).

* Between the Ears (BTE): 339mm between the Bosses (which can be shaved back up to 427mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in).
