3DTek's R200 C02 laser cutter is a large-format open-bed laser cutter capable of cutting and marking stock up to 1300mm x 2500mm, incorporating a renowned RECI laser tube to maximise service life and provide excellent laser stability.
All 3DTek CNC & Laser products include a day of onsite commissioning and training included in our pricing. Shipping charges are dependent on the customer's location.
All 3DTek R series lasers come complete with:
* Air dryer - to clean and dry inbound compressed air, ensuring maximum laser focusing lens life.
* Water Chiller - to maintain laser tube temperature.
* Lightburn Design & Cut Software - compatible with PC, MAC, and Linux - extremely simple to use.
* 2 x 500-watt extraction fans and extraction hoses, each managing 1/2 of the machine's cutting area.
* 2 x conical parts collecting zones with collection draws to retrieve fallen parts
* Safety interlock on laser cover to restrict laser powering when covers are open.
* Air pump: used to supply air to the laser cutting head.
Capability:
The R200 is suitable for cutting and marking most woods, plastics, papers, cards, leather, etc., as well as marking on anodized aluminium and additive-assisted marking on other metals.
Cutting Capacity:
Acrylic up to 20 mm
MDF up to 18 mm
Other timbers are heavily dependent on glue and resin components; - laser is not often suitable for cutting externally rated engineered timbers such as marine ply. They will, however, produce high-quality engravings on most materials.
Requirements:
The R200 laser requires only standard 10A 240V power.
