Work just completed -
Labour:- Remove spray air rams relay valves and change system to 5 way switches
for each spray, removing the relay from the ciruit.- Re-seal L/H spray air ram and replace R/H spray ram cylinder.- Replace 2 x R/H side air bags.- Replace both drive axle torque rod bushes. (8 total)- Replace rear drive axle shock absorbers.- Replace both cab air bags and set up leveling adjustment rods.- Replace front marker lights and mirror parker bulbs.- Install UHF.- Install and wire in rear tail lights and side clearance markers as per QLD
Transport requirements.- Install rear markers and side reflectors markers as per QLD Transport
requirements.- Remove water pump hydraulic pump due to leak from mounting, on
removal found the spline of the pump and coupling was heavily fretted,
disassemble pump to re-seal and replace main shaft. Install pump back into
machine and test.- Replace 3 x elbow fittings for the water pump motor.- Carry out service and replace transmission oil.
