East Coast Containers can modify any shipping container into your ideal space. Our most popular conversion is the 20ft office which we can complete for $16,900 plus GST. This build will take approximately 2 weeks to complete.
This includes full insulation paired with a 2.5kw aircon to keep your area cool during the summer and warmer during the winter months. One glass sliding door, one sliding window (both lockable) and vinyl flooring are also included alongside 4 x double powerpoints, 2 x LED batton lights and a 15AMP inlet. This conversion layout is completely customisable and we can add extras such as a kitchenette, toilet, bathroom, external paint, additional windows, etc.
If you are wanting a high-cube container conversion for additional height, the base price will reach $18,400 plus GST. High-cube containers stand at 2.9m tall in comparison to the 2.6m of standard shipping containers.
