The machine features a maximum swing over bed of 460mm, a maximum swing over the cross slide of 285mm, and a center height of 230mm, supported by a 300mm wide bed for stability. The spindle is equipped with an A1-6 spindle nose and a 58mm (2") bore, offering 12-step speed control ranging from 20 to 2000 rpm. The carriage system includes a 250mm cross slide travel and a 120mm compound rest travel, ensuring precision and flexibility. The tailstock is designed with a 150mm quill travel, a quill diameter of 58mm, and a MT#4 taper. Powered by a 5HP spindle motor, the machine efficiently handles various threading operations, supporting metric pitch threads (0.5 - 7mm, 24 kinds), inch pitch threads (4 - 56 TPI, 36 kinds), module pitch threads (0.25 – 3.5M, 28 kinds), and DP threads (8 - 112 P, 36 kinds). Additionally, it provides a lead screw of 4 TPI or 6mm/pitch (Ø35mm), with a longitudinal feed range of 0.05 – 0.88mm/rev. and a cross-feed range of 0.02 - 0.44mm/rev., making it highly versatile for machining applications.
