630 Worldpoly - PolyRover Butt Welder

PolyRover™630 practical design and robust, quality
construction is an excellent choice for pipeline welding
in all terrains and applications. Our machines are
specifically designed for use in rugged and remote
environments – reducing workload and the need for
extra support equipment to allow for faster, more
efficient welding of PE and PP pipelines.

PolyRover™630 is easily operated and pre-wired for
attachment of both Worldpoly and other data loggers.
The optional heavy-duty wide-wheelbase carriage
has all-terrain wheels and tyres with offset steering,
while the machine retains the ability to weld tees and
manifolds between clamps 3 and 4 – with or without
removal from the wheeled base.
The hydraulically lifted facing tool and heating plate,
together with on-board hydraulics, enable usage by
a single operator. Front and rear hydraulic pipe lifters
allow excellent mobility between welds, and wheel
brakes as standard.

For trench welding, PolyRover™630’s complete
welding unit – including controls, all four clamps,
facing tool, heating plate and hydraulic unit – is easily
removed from the chassis.
