The Accuroll 1300 x 6.5 ESR motorised sheet rolls are a great addition for any workshop needing to be light rolling inhouse, they very simple and easy to use and come with a digital readout for the rear roll position. For added ease of use the rear roll is also motorised so moving it back and forth it simply done by pushing a button and then checking the digital readout to see the position.
The digital readout is a great tool for repeatability when doing a job with multiples of he same. Cone rolling is also a possibility with the Accuroll machines with the rolls being able to be tapered. A added feature is machined grooves in the rolls enabling the user to roll different size rods.
The rolls have various lubrication points for machine longevity and the foot pedal has both forward and reverse pedals.
The top roll has a pull away housing so when the material is rolled in a cylinder it can be slid out from the end of the rolls to easily get the finished product out of the machine.
