The ABSOLUTE hydraulic system is specifically designed for high speed, synchronized Y1/Y2 press brakes. The system achieves position and parallelism accuracies of +/- 0.01mm via advanced, closed-loop hydraulics technology.
The Absolute electrical system is designed specifically for the Australian market utilising the highest quality, high performance and cost-effective parts available in the Australian market. Unlike other manufacturers, most of our components are available in Australia, meaning no long downtime waiting for parts to be shipped from other countries.
Accurpress Australia creates its own software for the control systems which allows us to change functionality according to customer requirements.

Absolute Low Tonnage Press Brakes.

Accurpress Low Tonnage Press Brakes have capacities of 40 tonnes – 250 tonnes and are perfectly suited to small part manufacture as well as all sheet metal part manufacture up to any required length. A range of table configurations are available to suit specific tooling needs. The standard approach and retract speeds are equivalent or higher than any other machines in the market and can optionally be increased to suit customer requirements. Additionally, stroke length and open height can be increased if necessary.


Green Energy Technology.

All Accurpress Absolute Press Brakes are fitted with our Green Energy Technology. With this system in place the pump speed is continuously monitored to match the required oil flow. This dramatically reduces power consumption, noise levels, heat generation and oil quantity whilst significantly increasing operating speeds, service intervals and oil life. On our medium to large capacity machines, the power consumption can be as low as 15% of the power consumption of a standard press brake of equivalent specifications. On machines above 200 tonnes, our Green Energy Technology includes two pumps, which in the event of a pump failure at any point in the machine's lifetime, the machine can still run on one pump until repairs are undertaken, significantly reducing downtime.

Accurpress manufactures the largest and most versatile fully automatic die tooling worldwide to satisfy the enormous challenges and demands in the heaviest of bending applications. Fully automatic Power Lock Dies are available in the
following configurations:

• Non-Crownable Adjustable Channel-lock
• Crownable Adjustable Channel-lock

Power Lock Dies allow quick fully automatic adjustment of die openings down to 12mm in just seconds, potentially saving hours per day in heavy tooling changes and reducing the associated risks Power Lock dies are controlled by the Delem control system and also replace the need for large quantities of tooling and their storage, reducing valuable workshop floor space.
