Due to purchase of a brand new automation line, we have decided to sell as a package our current setup consisting of:

- Cobalm Idea Top 33.16 (2016 Model)
- Waterjet Fc 4020 (2017 Model)

Farnese Technicut:

The TECHNICUT CNC Saw is the latest in Top Bridge Saw Design. It is a full 5
axis CNC controlled saw fitted with side vacuum manipulators for ease of
movement of the material with thickness measuring probe.
Even though it is a full CNC controlled 5 axis machine, the operator can still
use the machine manually as if it was a simple standard bridge saw. The
machine is fitted with a separate pendant station that allows the operator
movement in order to use the machine for quick manual cuts. It can also
work in a Semi-Automatic Program in which the operator can quickly and
easily program all the cuts in the X and Y axis allowing for quick trimming
and rectangle production. The CAD/CAM system supplied with the machine
allows any 2D shapes to be produced including vacuum moves.
You can also perform simple or complicated cuts using the vacuum
manipulator whenever you have blind or curved cuts. The spindle has a 1/2"
GAS attachment that allows to fit a drill. This feature can be programmed to
drill out the corners of internal cut outs for easy removal of the internal
piece.
With the ability to connect to the internet it is possible to log into
the machine remotely from our office to help trouble shoot any issue
provide further online training.

Cobalm Idea Top 33.16

Numeriy controlled machine center with 3/4 interpolated axis (XYZ), for working of marble, granite and natural stones. The machine is built in electrowelded metal structure that has been treated with polyurethane coatings. It is designed with a “moving bridge” structure and work surface made from rectified solid aluminum plate. The axes movement is driven with brushless motor on precisely tilted racks. The sliding is on linear ball bearing guides.
Especially suitable for drilling, milling, creation of downword stanting planes, polishing of flat surfaces and edges.

The machine comes with included cones a series of internal and external profiling tools as well as a complete set of stoppers and suction cups that can be seen when the buyer come to visit the equipment.

Waterjet RC - 4020

This waterjet can easily cut any type of ceramic material with really good finishes on miter jobs, the machine is equipped with a set of loading and unloading livers to be able to load a slab in the most simple way, the machine is also equipped with the latest generation Hybrid pump to reduce the consumes during the machine usage, the machine is operating everyday without any issue to report.
