The ZED 26J offers greater flexibility, the sigma boom configuration with the telescopic top boom and the fly make it the most versatile boom configuration available. This allows for greater flexibility when positioning the platform during normal operations with its ability to go "up and over" any obstacles located between the vehicle and the work area. This is a great advantage over a straight telescopic boom.
The ZED 26J incorporates a number of safety features, reliable load sensors provide users with an audible and visual warning if the maximum load is exceeded. Interlocks prevent further operation until the load is brought back within safe limits.
All hydraulic services are designed for failsafe operation with check valves on all cylinders.
The platform is operated by simple to use electro-hydraulic controls for all operations providing smooth operation at all times.
