Affinacheese® is specifically designed for the drying and seasoning of various types of cheeses. All internal and external components that come into contact with food are made from AISI 304 stainless steel.

This drying cabinet boasts a Climatouch feature to best control the internal temperature and a Fumotic feature to control the humidity levels. This dual unit has two separate cabinets that are only connected on the exterior, and each side has 7 polypropylene shelves and can hold a total of 440 lb. The doors are made of glass to easily see the contents within without having to open the cabinet. Plus, the rest of the cabinet is made of durable, 304-type stainless steel and has 4 adjustable legs to provide stability on any floor surface.

This cabinet will keep your cheese at a constant temperature and humidity level to best dry and season your signature cheeses. Drying and seasoning cheese helps enhance the flavor of your cheeses, and dried cheese can be stored for longer periods of time in your restaurant, deli, or grocery store.
