AitalMac SawJet Orbit A5 - Water Jet, Bridge Saw & Milling All-in-One!

The AitalMAC CNC SawJet Orbit A5 combination machine has everything a technologically advanced Water Jet and Bridge Saw needs for the modern-day stonemason: a 5 interpolated Axis Spindle with half inch fitting and Through-Spindle Lubrication, Tilting Table up to 85° (Optional), Vacuum Manipulator System for piece movement during automatic cut process and Automated Unloading System, On-Board Camera, Blade Presetting and Stone Thickness Probe, remote control, and automatic lubrication system.

With “absolutely zero” technology this machine can work without doing a homing process and has an easy-to-use software interface to facilitate the interaction between the operator and the machine for automatic or manual mode. The controller imports DXF (AutoCAD) files and “G-code” (RS-274 machine tool programming language) for integration with other drawing software.

This machine is a fully interpolated 5 Axis Water Jet Bridge Saw with the Y Axis movement by a gantry system which guarantees a perfect square cut at the bridge every time. With an Automatic Head Rotation from 0° to 400° combined with automatic blade tilting from 0° to 90°, ½” GAS with Through-Spindle lubrication and independent Water Jet Cutting Head tilting from 0°-60° sharing an Absolute Zero technology making the AitalMAC CNC SawJet Orbit A5 suitable for high volume production output. The absolute precision of these movements is guarantee by a state of art transmission on linear ball guide transported by brushless motors through high precision helical gears & racks and cable-drag chain and electric system are purpose made for high-speed repetition robotic movements controlled by an Aitek Controller. This all mounted on a superior Monoblock frame construction.
