Technical Note (Important)

This is industrial VFFS packaging equipment and is best suited to operators with mechanical or technical experience.

Like all machines of this type, correct setup and alignment is important for consistent performance. Occasional fine-tuning may be required, including:

Film tracking and alignment
Forming and sealing setup
Drive wheel alignment

At times, minor adjustments may be needed to optimise bag consistency, particularly depending on film type and setup.
