KANG INDUSTRIAL TBK-11B Double Column Band Saw

The KANG TBK-11B is a fully automatic horizontal bandsaw designed for high-precision straight cuts on larger workpieces, making it ideal for industrial metalworking applications. The bandsaw features a robust, torsion-resistant dual-column frame that minimises vibrations and ensures stable, accurate machining. The hydraulic material clamping for secure holding, hydraulic feed with an adjustable stop for controlled cutting, and a bundle vise that allows for efficient cutting of entire material bundles to specified lengths. The saw frame lowers hydraulically with infinitely variable speed control, and it automatically returns to the home position after each cut cycle. Blade speeds are adjustable in three steps (27, 45, 69 MPM) to suit different materials, and the rigid saw blade guides can be easily adjusted for various workpiece sizes. The user-friendly control panel is mounted on a cabinet for easy access and clear visibility during operation. Standard inclusions comprise a high-performance coolant system to extend blade life and improve cut quality, a mobile material support base, a work lamp, and comprehensive operator instructions.
