Special design features to improve the finished of your work piece such as a AD5 Programmable controller unit allowing operator to work on other projects whilst machine is working in automatic mode. This also has additional functions like rough grinding, finish grinding, spark-out, and rapid auto return when programme has finished and more! Also incorporated within the unit is an electro magnetic chuck with electronic demagnetise.

Features
Spindle contains P4 grade pre-loaded precision angular contact bearings. The spindle and motor are dynamically balanced
V-way slides are coated with Turcite-B to minimise friction between slides.
Automatic pressure lubrication system to slide-ways and screws with timer adjustment providing optimum machine conditions
High-tensile ribbed cast iron base and column tempered and stress relived for maximum rigidity and minimum vibration
Automatic down-feed AD5 controller and rapid UP/DOWN system standard on Bemato models
Design and quality assurance exceeds DIN, JIS and ISO standard
