The KANG Heavy Duty Linisher 2000mm x 150mm 3 Phase (Model: BG-6) is a robust, industrial-grade belt grinder designed for high-volume professional workshops, fabrication shops, and manufacturing environments. Powered by a powerful 2.2/2.8 kW 3-phase motor on 415V, it features switchable belt speeds (17m/sec, 34m/sec.) for versatile materials removal, low speed for cool linishing on heat-sensitive materials,  fast speed for aggressive material removal on metals, making it ideal for grinding, deburring, beveling, and finishing large workpieces. The machine uses extra-long 2000 x 150 mm belts for extended run time between changes and a wide contact area for flat grinding. A fully guarded design with hinged platen access flap, adjustable and swivelling tool rests, front spark catcher and dust chute, rear 100mm dust extraction port, quick-release belt tension for fast changes, simple tracking adjustment, front eye shield, and a heavy-duty delta pedestal stand for stable floor mounting.

Two-Speed Versatility for Precision Polishing Work. Switchable speeds (17m/sec, 34m/sec) allow cool, burn-free grinding on stainless steel and heat-sensitive alloys at low speed, or fast removal on mild steel at high speed—essential for high-quality finishes in demanding welding and railing industries.
