The patented sliding and tilting vacuum system ensures precise and safe unloading of finished pieces. It carefully positions them polished face to polished face, either vertically or horizontally onto the pallet, maintaining surface integrity and eliminating potential damage.

Optimize material processing
During loading phase, the camera identifies slab imperfections to optimize the cutting process, reducing material waste and improving production quality.

Powerful multi-spindle cutting
The core of extended machine is equipped with 3 or 5 15 kW disc spindles independent of each other and synchronized via dedicated software for the simultaneous cutting of pieces with dimensions from 140 mm to 2000 mm and material thickness up to 150 mm.

Everything under control
The machine is equipped with a tool diameter reader to check wear of the discs and a slab thickness reader to acquire the thickness of the material processed.
