Easy to use cutting table for laminated glass with automatic scoring, breaking and separation operations
Compact, user-friendly cutting table designed for efficient laminated glass processing.
It is capable to automatically perform all the main operations like scoring, breaking and separation, including PVB heating and cutting.
Equipped with advanced technological features and operator-assist devices found in top-tier machines, it’s the ideal choice for getting the job done with ease and efficiency, without requiring a large investment.
Heavy duty cuts
Designed with precision in mind, the machine’s reinforced breaking bar, complete with linear guides and a torque shaft, applies uniform pressure on the glass for consistent, reliable breaking.
This machine enables the processing of laminated glass from 33.1 to 1010.4, without the need for special equipment or highly skilled operators
Slim Trim
Manual trim cut opening demands valuable time and a skilled operator.
The machine automates the cutting, breaking, and separation of trim cuts as narrow as 60mm, simplifying operations and ensuring constant production.
Additionally, the smaller trim cut optimizes the cutting layout, increasing sheet yield and reducing waste.
Effortless Low-E Glass Processing
A vertical brush with an independent motor is integrated into the machine for efficient Low-E coating removal.
The unit features a dedicated dust collection system, ensuring a perfectly clean result, ready for the scoring operation.
Independent Pressure, Unmatched Cutting Precision
The upper and lower cutting heads are affected differently by gravity, and applying the same pressure can create imbalances in scoring operation that compromise cut quality.
To address this, Intermac Cut Go L 0 includes dual independent proportional valves for the cutting heads, typically seen only in high-end machines.
This design ensures precise control over scoring force, delivering consistent, high-quality cuts every time.
Space efficient design
Small size, small space required.
Featuring a compact footprint and a very low vertical volume, the machine can be installed in narrow spaces and low ceiling premises making it the perfect solutions to fit any space requirements.
Efficient Transport system for a Smooth Workflow
Following each cut, the integrated transport belts move the glass towards the operator, streamlining the repositioning process.
This design eliminates time consuming tasks, such as reaching the back of the machine to push remnants or pulling the sheet out from inside the machine bridge, increasing the productivity up to 20%.
Easy-peasy
With its intuitive design, this machine is easy to operate, minimizing the learning curve and accelerating the training process, ideal for reducing production hiccups in environments with high operator turnover.
Laminated Glass
The machine’s primary process starts with scoring using tungsten carbide wheels, followed by glass breakout with integrated breakout bars.
Heating lamps then soften the PVB layer, allowing for automatic separation and precise PVB cutting to complete the process.
Low-E laminated glass
With the BCR unit, the coating layer is automatically removed before the scoring, breaking, and separation phases, enabling fast and efficient processing of low-E glass.
Monolithic, patterned, mirror
Capable of handling monolithic, patterned, and mirrored glass, Intermac Cut Go L 0 automates the scoring and breakout phases for seamless processing.
