Laminated Glass
The machine’s primary process starts with scoring using tungsten carbide wheels, followed by glass breakout with integrated breakout bars.
Heating lamps then soften the PVB layer, allowing for automatic separation and precise PVB cutting to complete the process.

Low-E laminated glass
With the BCR unit, the coating layer is automatically removed before the scoring, breaking, and separation phases, enabling fast and efficient processing of low-E glass.

Monolithic, patterned, mirror
Capable of handling monolithic, patterned, and mirrored glass, Intermac Cut Go L 0 automates the scoring and breakout phases for seamless processing.
