Capable to process several kind of materials and engineered with high-end components for precision and durability, the machine ensures seamless adaptation to diverse production needs, making it the ideal all-in-one solution for modern manufacturing.
Extremely compact
Small size, small space required.
Featuring a compact footprint and a very low vertical volume, the machine can be installed in narrow spaces and low ceiling premises making it the perfect solutions to fit any space requirements.
Fast and reliable
Unprecedented processing speed and precision are granted by a robust frame, engineered to maximize the machine performances.
The design with linear guides and rack and pinion system ensures a consistent and reliable operation, even under heavy workloads, making it ideal for demanding production.
Safe by design
Incorporating preventive safety measures, this machine integrates a dedicated safety zone protected by a photocells and mirrors system, safeguarding operators from collisions while maintaining unobstructed access from all sides to facilitate ergonomic execution of daily tasks in the vicinity of the machine.
The right tool for the best quality
Equipped with a 6-position tool changer, the machine allows the processing of various glass types with the appropriate cutting wheel, automatically recalling the proper cutting parameters for each material.
This enables continuous cutting of straight and curved shapes across different glass thicknesses, eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring seamless operation.
One machine, multiple processes
This model provides extensive processing capabilities, including various types of glass like low-e, laminated glass, vinyl scoring and ceramic slabs.
This versatility is enhanced by specialized features, unlocking a wide range of applications and making it an all-in-one solution for diverse manufacturing needs.
Computer vision
The optical reading system offers multiple functions to assist operators in utilizing the machine effectively:
With the squaring function, the machine automatically conducts a reading cycle and adjusts the programmed toolpath to the actual glass position, eliminating the need for operators to align the glass against mechanical stops, thus reducing manual tasks.
The template reading function enables operators to place a physical template on the machine and digitize its shape using three different methods, including holes detection.
Additionally, the optical reading system enables the processing of laminated glass by accurately reading the position from the same side after the glass has been processed and flipped, ensuring maximum precision.
Consistent Cut
Automatic cutting wheel pressure control through a digital proportional valve, to increase the cutting precision and a consequent higher quality of the cut.
A pre-loaded parameter recipe, linked to each cutting wheel, can be adjusted on the fly with the push of a button to better adapt the pressure to a different kind of glass for an easier opening.
Monolithic glass processing
The machine’s primary process involves scoring with tungsten carbide wheels, followed by glass breakout using integrated breakout bars, with an onboard toolchanger that automatically adjusts the cutting wheel based on glass type and thickness.
Low-e processing
The machine can score Low-E glass as standard, and for edge deletion, an optional BCR unit with a vertical brush, mounted on the main machine head and driven by an independent motor, removes the Low-E coating in straight or shaped geometries, while a vacuum system ensures dust removal before scoring.
Other applications
The machine can process laminated glass through a dedicated cycle, switch to a specialized tool insert for vinyl cutting in artistic or special applications, and cut ceramic materials, expanding its range of possible uses.
