Monolithic glass processing
The machine’s core process begins with scoring using tungsten carbide wheels, followed by an automatic transfer of the sheet to perform glass breakout on a separate table.
Its onboard toolchanger automatically selects and adjusts the cutting wheel to match the glass type and thickness, ensuring optimal performance for each cut.
Patterned glass
Thanks to the horizontal transfer of the sheet, delicate and patterned glass can be processed without risk of breakage in loading and offloading operations.
