Cutting table that can load, process and offload monolithic and low-E glass sheets without any manual intervention of the operator.

Quick coat removal
A tangential wheel is equipped on the machine for Low-e coating removal.
The wheel is installed on a rotative axis to allow the removal of straight and shaped paths.
This solution allows a faster coating removal compared to the vertical brush system and thanks to the dedicated dust collection system with hood optimization, it allows a perfectly clean result, ready for the scoring operation.

Consistent Cut
Automatic cutting wheel pressure control through a digital proportional valve, to increase the cutting precision and a consequent higher quality of the cut.
A pre-loaded parameter recipe, linked to each cutting wheel, can be adjusted "on the fly" with the push of a button to better adapt the pressure to a different kind of glass for an easier opening.

Monolithic glass processing
The machine’s core process begins with scoring using tungsten carbide wheels, followed by an automatic transfer of the sheet to perform glass breakout on a separate table.
Its onboard toolchanger automatically selects and adjusts the cutting wheel to match the glass type and thickness, ensuring optimal performance for each cut.

Low-e processing
The machine can score Low-E glass as standard, and for edge deletion, the state-of-art TCR unit with tangential wheel, mounted on the main machine head and driven by an independent motor, removes the Low-E coating in straight or shaped geometries, while a vacuum system ensures dust removal before scoring.

Other applications
With its toolchange feature, the machine can swiftly switch to specialized tool inserts for mirror and patterned glass cutting, ideal for artistic or custom applications, broadening its range of potential uses.
