The glass conveyor features two of our reliable solutions:
anti-friction and anti-wear pads, which run on ground steel guides
the conveyor system itself without ball bearings.

Glass in, glass out
The glass transportation on inlet and outlet arms is by means of chains with rubber pads.
Chain links and rubber pads can be rapidly replaced, ensuring low maintenance cost and fast change.

Grindand spindle selection

The spindle selection allows for turning off unnecessary spindles (by groups).

HiWash is seamlessly integrated both mechanically and electronically into the machine’s outlet arm, eliminating the need for a separate electrical box.
Its operation is fully managed via the machine's numerical control.
Featuring a pair of brushes and blowers, HiWash is the ideal solution for removing processing sludge, improving sheet handling, and providing temporary storage, especially in high-temperature environments.
