Intermac Edge Pro Q 210 is an edge polishing machine capable of processing all four sides sequentially, delivering a perfectly finished glass in a single step.

Engineered to handle large, out-of-square and shaped glass, it features innovative heads with 10 cup wheels each, ensuring a perfectly brilliant finishing edge.

Its batch-one design allows for the sequential processing of different glass sizes and thicknesses without requiring manual adjustments or intervention.

With this machine, you can process straight or shaped glass in various sizes up to 3370x7000mm* and thicknesses up to 25mm, all without the need for munual adjustments.
Its intelligent design allows for the processing of shaped glass with 3 to 8 sides, making it a highly versatile polishing system suited for a wide range of applications.
Additionally, it automatically applies different finishes to each side of the same glass.
Thanks to its vacuum holding system, which secures the glass from the bottom, it can process low-E glass without causing damage to the coating.

Ideal for balustrades, partition walls, and bespoke projects, it becomes even more versatile when equipped with the MC router, allowing for the precise processing of radiuses and curvilinear shapes.

Thanks to the design of its independent heads, each equipped with 10 wheels, this system delivers an exceptional polishing finish in less time, comparable to that of double-sided edging machines.
A fixed bar with rollers offers stable support for the glass at the bottom, while an upper presser ensures additional stability, particularly for thin glass sheets.
Together, these supports effectively minimize vibrations during processing.
An automatic polishing wheel positioning and wear control system guarantees consistent and uniform polishing throughout the entire production process.

Accuracy You Can Trust
A mechanical reference system, integrated into the frame of the main conveyor with suction beams, ensures consistent reliability and repeatability in sheet positioning over time.
An automated mechanical lever activates only for irregularly shaped glass, measuring the sheet’s angle.
Additionally, three levers positioned beneath the grinding heads verify the dimensions of the workpiece.
This combination guarantees exceptional accuracy and consistency throughout the processing.

Simply Advanced Programming
The advanced Human Machine Interface, specifically designed for flat glass processing, offers operators a user-friendly and intuitive experience for daily operations.
Programming can be done in three modes:
Manual: Data is entered into the Human Machine Interface by the operator.
Sequential: Data is received from the previous machine in the production line.
Online: Data is sent from the supervisor software.
The integrated CAD-CAM software simplifies programming by allowing the creation of complex geometries and easy application of finishing parameters.
Additionally, the system includes a statistics and configuration function, enabling operators to effectively monitor machine performance.

Polished Edge
The primary application of the machine is the production of polished-edge glass.
Its configuration with 10 wheels ensures a flawlessly finished polished edge and threads, achieved through dedicated diamond and polishing wheels.

Industrial Finish
An industrial finish can be achieved by deactivating the dedicated polishing wheels, thereby increasing processing speed and boosting productivity.
Using diamond cup wheels, this system delivers an industrial finish comparable to that of peripheral wheel systems.

Low-E / coated glass processing
Thanks to the glass holding system with vacuum cups and the processing support system on the underside of the glass, low-E glass can be processed without any risk of damaging the coated surface.
