The glass conveyor features two of our reliable solutions:
anti-friction and wear pads, which run on ground steel guides the conveyor system itself without ball bearings.
The goal is a system that is less prone to wear and produces very little vibration.

Smooth and vibration free
The flat edge processing spindles are isolated from the electric motor, with power transmission handled by belt and pulley to minimize any potential vibrations.
Lubrication is ensured by long-life grease, optimizing performance and durability.

Unique in the market, our innovative glass conveying system is driven by two motors for greater mechanical efficiency, which combined with the solid structure of the machine enables the handling of large thicknesses and large glass up to 350Kg per meter of belt.
This results in a significant increase in machine performance.

Jumbo mode

pause the inlet arm via the foot pedal while the machine is running
safely load a new sheet of glass even a large one, which would not have been possible with the load in motion
then restart the conveyor effortlessly with a simple action on the foot pedal.
