Without ball bearing to last longer
It consists of ground precision guides on which rubber-coated cast iron conveyors run without ball bearings.

Extendable pads
The special system with extensible pads, automatically operated by the machine control, allows working of small pieces up to 40x40 mm.

Change the beveling angle
Set by the operator via the Human Machine Interface, the bevel angle is adjusted with extreme precision thanks to the worm screw system, thus avoiding potential errors due to manual intervention.

Glass in, glass out
The glass transportation on inlet and outlet arms is by means of Delrin made chains combined with rubber anti-friction pads.
All parts can be easily replaced, ensuring low maintenance cost and fast change.

Centralized lubrication
The lubrication pump allows for greasing the conveyors with timed automatic cycles.
The durability of our bevelers is well recognized thank to the simplified maintenance process.

Smooth and vibration free
The flat edge processing spindles are isolated from the electric motor, with power transmission handled by belt and pulley to minimize any potential vibrations.
