Biesse Intermac Multi Up M V0X Vertical machining centre
The Evolution is Vertical
Engineered for seamless finishing, milling, and drilling all in one machine.
The design focuses on delivering fully automatic, easy-to-use solutions that take glass straight from the cutting table, effortlessly handling edge finishing, even on shaped or out-of-square glass.
Vertical shaping is real
The machine can process a wide range of templates, with a few key considerations, such as the requirement for at least one straight side to rest on the machine's roller guide.
Its versatility opens the door to numerous applications, from furniture and balustrades to bathrooms and beyond.
Safety with no compromises
We feature advanced safety solutions, including LaserScanner protection that defines secure areas where no objects can enter while the operator works safely at the PC station.
If a foreign object or the operator enters the safety zone, the machine stops and power to the axes is cut. This ensures maximum operational safety.
The system complies with the EN ISO 13849-1 Functional Safety standard, supporting Performance Level requirements and it's PL-D compliant.
Smart Shuttles
The dynamic repositioning system of the suction cup carriages is designed to process a workpiece without ever leaving it stranded between the carriages. Each suction cup is activated and deactivated as needed by the program.
This results in faster processing and the ability to handle unstable glass sheets that conventional vertical machines cannot process.
No setup stress
Our vertical machine has revolutionized the setup process, leading the way since 2013.
Glass is moved by carriages through the head section, with each carriage, head, and roller guide acting as an axis.
The NC interpolates them all with zero positioning time and exceptional accuracy, eliminating the need for manual setup.
Stay centered, stay stable
The pilot system is designed to securely hold the glass and follow its shape, reducing vibrations during grinding and polishing, which enhances the overall finish quality.
Driven by the C Axis, the pilot system clamps the glass’s outer perimeter. A pair of anti-friction copiers keeps the glass centered and stable, ensuring a consistent bevel and flawless finish.
One block chassis
The machine's structure is built for maximum stability, designed to eliminate vibrations during machining, even under high stress.
The result is a solid, one-piece frame that prioritizes strength and durability.
This robust design also contributes to easier installation and maintenance, ensuring long-term reliability.
Drilling
Two heads work simultaneously to create the perfect hole, with precise alignment ensured by a robust, reliable fixing system.
This approach eliminates the need for accessory tools and cuts production time in half, delivering optimal results.
Grinding
Grinding is incredibly fast and precise, with minimal glass removal on each side.
When the glass is sourced from the cutting table, the machine ensures an extremely accurate diagonal alignment, guaranteeing top-quality results.
Batch One doors production
Door production is a core function of this system, handling all operations simultaneously.
From drilling holes and making notches to peripheral edging, everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
