Small thickness is not a problem
The Master Edge GO F V can handle the processing of very thin and narrow material pieces, making it versatile for various applications. It is capable of polishing and finishing edges of pieces with a reduced width, with a minimum height of 45 millimetres and a minimum thickness of 8 millimetres.

The Master Edge Go F V infeed and outfeed roller conveyors make it easy and safe to move parts, simplifying loading and unloading. Each 1-meter-long roller conveyor provides adequate surface area to move materials continuously and effortlessly, reducing the risk of damage.

The Master Edge Go F V is designed to withstand stress and wear, ensuring stability during use. The electro-welded structure allows for strong and very stable joints between the various components; furthermore, the treatment with two-component epoxy paints makes the machine very resistant to corrosion from external agents and to the humidity typical of work environments.

This edge polisher is equipped with a spindle micro-oscillation system, allowing the bar supporting the spindles to move precisely and controllably both forward and backward or laterally.

Spindles make the difference
The Master Edge Go F V uses standardized and protected spindles. All spindles used in the different work units are identical. In addition, these spindles are equipped with special protections that make them resistant to water, humidity and dust, thus ensuring long life for both the machine and the spindles even in difficult working environments.
