Master Edge Up F H means high-precision mirror polishing for marble, granite, quartz and ceramic materials. Combining reliability, versatility and ease of use, it guarantees flawless results and short processing times, meeting the most demanding production requirements.

The perfect bevel (Cam Follower)
The CAM FOLLOWER is a widia metal plate slides over the thickness of the material and functions as a probe for the material thickness to ensure the same chamfer width. The width regulation can be manual or automatic.

Fully automatic
Master Edge Up F H is equipped with:
two lasers at the entrance that read automatically the material thickness and wide;
two ways motorized calibrator/blade cutter that can be fully programmed by the software and gets positioned automatically;
upper beveling tools are motorized and they get positioned always at right high to always perform a proper bevel;
all the potential options at the machine exit are motorized for the programmed and automatic positioning.

A redesigned pressure rollers system allows a better and more uniform piece holding, furthermore it also possible to process a wider variety of thicknesses in sequence without waiting the piece to exit, variety of materials including thin ceramic, thanks to the homogenously spread pression of our duplex independent pressors, and finally we can manage to process boxed pieces.

No matter what one has to machine, this edge polisher can be equipped with features for processing wide range of thicknesses in sequence without waiting the piece to exit, and different options: blade cutting / calibrator device, at the machine entrance, while at the exit there are many devices that can be selected according to customer needs and productivity, such as cleaner/bush hammer, calibrator/cutting unit, double cleaner/bush hammer, 3 beveling devices.

Intelligent Water Management and automatic greasing
Optimized to reduce waste.
This solution optimizes the water flow and dramatically reduces water consumption.
When the machine is not working the water is automatically shut-off thanks to a pneumatic valve.
Greasing is fully automatic.

Easiest to program
Master Edge Up F H, thanks to its 15 inches touch screen, with few little touches permit to fully program the machine without the need to interact with manual devices such as handles, switches, etc. It is equipped with partial processing along the edge, options programming by the screen and finally the possibility to save many recipes in order to record already used and consolidated machine set ups according to material, thicknesses, sequences of options and activated motors.
