Biesse Rover Cut Up A T Twin-line panel saw with blade cutting.
Efficient process, high productivity: rip and cross cut in one step
Two independent and synchronized cutting lines powered by a lift table loading system.
Perfect solution for volume productions, cutting panels in books.
Faster and more efficient execution of cross cycles
Multi Pusher 2.4 is a separate auxiliary pusher operating aside the main one. Manage different sub-formats with one single cut, improving machine's performance and flexibility.
Optimized material flow and handling
Configure the machine with automatic conveyors to manage the transition of multiple stacks according to your workflow.
Turning table is always present to give the machine a boost in flexibility.
Cross buffer zone for higher capacity
Manage up to 3 different stacks inside machine's working area, at the same time.
Positioning of strips here will let the cross area work and the loading process start again without interruptions.
Machine's control will then move automatically the stack to the cross area.
Rip and cross cutting at the same time
With two independent cutting lines, this machine can simultaneously operate rip and cross cuts on different stacks, resulting in a shorter and more efficient cycle.
Perfect alignment, perfect result
Front aligners on the rip cutting line*, squared units on the cross side and also front alignment unit on the cross cutting line.
During the cutting process the stack is kept always aligned.
*pre-aligners kit is optional
Automatic removal of rip trim cuts
A trim ejecting device on the main pusher will lead trims to a dropping section located right after the rip cutting line.
Trims can then be collected either automatically or manually.
