High drilling flexibility
The four vertical BH38 drilling units and four horizontal 18 spindles drilling units, each with independent spindles, enable the machining of all five panel sides, achieving high levels of productivity and flexibility.

Single or double panel machining
The working table, divided into two working areas along the Y axis, enables the simultaneous processing of two identical or mirrored panels, or a single panel with a greater Y dimension, significantly boosting productivity and efficiency.

Drill bits magazine
Automatic drill bit swaps on the vertical spindles ensure seamless and error-free setup processes.

Routing units
Each of the 4 upper drilling units can be integrated with an electro spindle with tool changer for milling operations, grooves, and hinge holes, using an aggregate for enhanced versatility.

RD Module
To complete the process and produce a ready-to-assemble element, the RD module enables the automated insertion of glue and dowels. The RD module consists of an additional machine structure that receives the panel to be pushed by the drilling machine.

Standalone, Line-Oriented
The motorized belt transfers, positioned at the machine’s entrance and exit, allow for manual adjustment of the load rate, while also making the machine suitable for potential integration into an automated production line.
