Optimized management of magazines
Toologic is a software package capable of identifying the best position of the tools in the magazines, according to the programs present in the work list. Once the optimum positions are identified, the tools that are used most frequently are automatically moved from the side magazines to the fastest rear magazine before starting to process the programs present in the work list. This enables speed-up of the manufacturing process, increased productivity and simplification of the operator's work.
