The BRV-N rotary valves (air-locks) series are designed as a out feeding unit from filter bag houses, storage units, screw augers, cyclones and others. The rotary valve can handle dry/green dust, chips, powder and granules.


CONSTRUCTION
Welded construction in 3 mm steel plate, the rotor house is powder coated as standard RAL 5010. The rotor is separated from the rotor house with rubber gaskets. The shaft is connected to an external bearing on the rotor house and the gear- motor is direct connected into the rotor.
The type BRV-N rotor is equipped with 6 or 8 rubber vanes.
Rubber blade vanes in neoprene rubber.

FUNCTION
The BRV-N rotary valve (air-lock) series are used to feed the material into a pneumatic transport system or down into a waste bin or container.

ROTATION DETECTOR:
The rotary valves are equipped standard with a bracket for mounting the rotation detector. The rotation detector is an option. Rotation detector 24 VDC.

OPERATING RANGE
Pressure: + 5,000 Pa. - ÷ 5,000 Pa. Capacity at 50% filling: 10 M3/h. Operating temperature: ÷ 30 to + 80° C.

Bonfigioli Gear motor and reduction box 0.55 KW, 400 V., 50 HZ
