Bruder Lube Cube - Field Service Lubrication Unit: Changing Oils or Swapping Drums easily!

The patented Brüder LUBE CUBE - designed and built in-house by the makers of the Brüder Compressor - is the perfect answer to efficient and clean field service. Each LUBE CUBE is hand-built to the users exact requirements, using high-quality Italian made oil hose reels, pumps, and digital metered oil nozzles.

The LUBE CUBE makes changing oils or swapping drums easy, clean, and fast. No decanting into or out of built in tanks. Simply disconnect the pump, swap the drum over, put the pump in the new drum and connect it up again. Two way hydraulic connectors and lockable safety Nitto pneumatic couplers make pump connection low mess and efficient.

All components of the LUBE CUBE are labelled and colour coded to prevent human error and fluid contamination - for example:
- the drum storage location is labelled for 15W40 engine oil
- has a RED band on the hydraulic and pneumatic couplers of the pump
- which correspond to the RED feed hoses for both compressed air and the oil hose reel
- the oil hose reel is labelled 15W40,
- and the digital metered oil nozzle has a RED cap on it plus a 15W40 label.
- To activate the pump, you need to turn on the RED, 15W40 labelled air control valve.

The LUBE CUBE is based around a standard pallet sized frame designed to fit between the wheel arches of most utes sold in the Australian market. While all LUBE CUBE units are made to order, most share the same basic DNA;

> Fully powered by compressed air from a single connection point
> One 15m x 3/4" spring-retract steel case hose reel for WASTE OIL
> One 3/4" pneumatic aluminium double-diaphragm pump for WASTE OIL
> 240L (Double) or 345L (Triple) built-in WASTE OIL storage tank with level indicator tube
> One 3/4" steel 4-way transfer valve to reverse operation of WASTE OIL equipment above*
> Provision for two 205L SUPPLY OIL drums
> Two 3:1 OR 5:1 Piston Pumps for SUPPLY OILs (ratio depending on fluid viscosity)
> Two 15m x 1/2" spring-retract steel case hose reels for SUPPLY OIL
> Two 1/2" digital metered oil nozzles for SUPPLY OIL
> Pneumatic treatment to provide filtered, pressure regulated air supply to the diaphragm pump, plus lubricated air to the piston pumps.
> [Optional] 20kg GREASE SUPPLY pump set with mounted hose reel, pump, and nozzle.

*The WASTE OIL pump and reel is used to suck fluids from your sump drain unit into the built-in tank on the Lube Cube. When you get back to the workshop, throw the lever on the 4-way valve to reverse operation and pump into your waste oil IBC or shuttle. A bypass is available as an option if you wish to pump from a sump into the storage container without going into the LUBE CUBE tank.
