Panels insulated with polyurethane foam 42kg / m3, high pressure, 60
mm thickness, food-grade PVC coating.
- Panels assembled by eccentric and centering hooks.
- Vertical and horizontal corners are rounded
- C-TOUCH control (capacitive technology) with 2 types of programs :
- Deferred programs (automatic): proofing controlled up to 72 hours
with proofing in stages, slow proofing per stage. Automatic cooling at
the end of the cycle for each program.
- Direct programs (manual): Positive storage (automatic defrosting),
direct and slow proofing at constant temperature and humidity rates.
- Independent humidity system using immersed an incoloyd heating
element.
- Evaporator with long lasting corrosion protection with cataphoresis
treatment
