Structural Design & Axis Movement
Fixed Bridge Construction

The CNC features a high-thickness welded and stabilised steel frame, delivering exceptional strength, vibration dampening, and long-term stability. The fixed bridge layout offers superior rigidity and machining precision compared to cantilever-style systems.

Axis Dynamics
The Y-axis carriage travels smoothly across the bridge on hardened, ground, and interchangeable linear guides.

The Z-axis vertical slide is mounted on the Y carriage for optimised control and stability.

The X and U axes are driven by the movement of the work table, positioned perpendicular to the Y-axis for optimal accessibility and accuracy.

All carriages run on four-way track bearings with ball recirculation, ensuring long life, reduced maintenance, and perfected repeatability.
