Machine has swarf conveyor and comes with 4th axis table and Lang style vice, 3 jaw chuck, Microcut table vice. and numerous toolholders.
The advantage of this machine is parts can be initially machined on the 4th axis table and transferred to the table vice for second op. Therefore getting the completed part made in one cycle.
Machine works really well with Aluminium and plastics and also with mild steel and stainless just need to take smaller cuts.
The machine holds size and is used constantly.
The company is re-structuring and moving to a smaller premises.
This would be an ideal startup machine as it has many facilities in one machine with a relatively small footprint.
