Used Hyundai Wia CNC Machining Centre in excellent condition, bought new.
Very rigid and reliable machine and works to very tight tolerances.
Machine has 30 Tool stations, arm style tool changer, BT 40 holders
12000 rpm Spindle Speed with 30 bar Through Coolant
Fanuc I Series control with Manual Guide I ,with ethernet or flash card facility for downloading programs.
This machine has only worked with aluminium and lately we have been working with nylon .
As we do predominantly Aerospace parts most of which is 7075 or 6061 grade aluminium.
Only visible damage on the right hand side cover when part flew out of vice.
Otherwise no signs of abuse, just general wear and tear for a machine that is only 8 years old.
Has Renishaw probe that needs connecting and works perfectly fine.
Was taken off for a particular job and not put back on yet.
Machine is in use every day and reason for selling is purely downsizing the company.
Currently we have 7 Hyundai CNC machines, so they must be good machines or I would not bought that many.
