The Infinity AML Automatic Moulding Line takes the labour out of chocolate moulding — automating the time-consuming process of filling, vibrating, and finishing polycarbonate moulds with perfectly tempered chocolate.

Designed to work seamlessly with the Infinity LX, MX, or AX tempering machines, the AML delivers precision control, consistent quality, and effortless operation. With integrated digital timing and dosing, it can deposit up to 100g per second, achieving a throughput of up to 600 moulds per hour.

The AML-2 includes a pre-heating station ideal for production environments where lower ambient temperatures can impact the finish of moulded bars, ensuring flawless gloss and texture every time.

- Both AML models feature four automated work zones:
- Mould stacking zone with motorised feeder
- Chocolate depositing zone for accurate filling
- Integrated vibration zone to remove air bubbles and ensure perfect surface finish
- Manual decorating zone for artistic customisation

The AML-2 adds a mould pre-heating station before depositing, providing optimal results even in cooler environments.
