KeyChoc Infinity AML – Automatic Chocolate Moulding Line

The Infinity AML is an automatic solid chocolate moulding line designed for high-speed production using standard 275 × 175 mm or 275 × 135 mm polycarbonate chocolate moulds. Capable of depositing up to 100 g per second and achieving throughput rates of up to 900 moulds per hour, the AML gives chocolate manufacturers a compact, efficient, and cost-effective way to automate solid mould production.

Designed to work seamlessly with the Infinity AX or MX tempering machines, the AML requires no independent power supply and no compressed air, making integration simple and maintenance minimal. With mould feeding, depositing, vibrating, and decorating all combined into one continuous line, the AML provides reliable, consistent output ideal for growing chocolate businesses.
